It has formed a complete industrial chain layout from silicon, the basic raw material, to intermediates such as trichlorosilane, γ1, γ2, and then to sulfur-containing silane, which realizes the effective control of product quality and cost. As for silicon tetrachloride, the by-product generated in the production process, the company will process it into fumed silica and sell it to the public; the by-product hydrogen chloride has also been recycled.
